Information about warranty & returns


You have the right to cancel your order up to 60 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging (see the return conditions). We will then refund the order amount due within 7 days after registration of your return, from the moment that the product has already been returned in good order.


Returns must be sent with DPD Parcel Service to prevent a package from being delivered to a collection point and us not being aware of this. DPD delivers directly to our warehouse so that we can process the return quickly. Click on this link to register a DPD package.

If an item is delivered with damage, this must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of receipt : .
This is in connection with (European) regulations of our suppliers regarding the reporting of items with defects and/or damage.



All physical items can be returned with the exception of the specific provisions and/or situations below.

NB :

 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

  1. For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
  2. that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
  3. that are clearly personal in nature;
  4. which by their nature cannot be returned;
  5. that have already been installed and have suffered visible (assembly) damage
  6. for which the original packaging and protective materials are no longer present


We offer the legal warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase on all items or the manufacturer's warranty period of the manufacturer and/or wholesaler that carries the products or brand. It is important that the damage is not caused by external objects and influences and not by using the item incorrectly (with force or the like). In addition, product maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the guidelines specified by SaniSupreme, see the maintenance instructions that are included and can also be found on the website. Unfortunately, damage due to poor maintenance that has caused rust or limescale cannot be reimbursed. In the Netherlands, the lime content of tap water is so high that poor or moderate maintenance will always result in damage to the product.

For all returns and return notifications, please take the following criteria into account:

- (re)use original packaging(s), undamaged, for return shipment
- use only transparent mounting tape for the packaging
- add all accessories including mounting materials in original box, and used protective bags made of fabric or plastic
- use extra protective material if necessary, such as bubble wrap (available at hardware stores or already used in the original shipment)
- the item and accessories must be returned damage-free and water-free, without scratches, dents, paint damage, etc. (unfortunately we cannot accept subsequent complaints).
We accept returns after we check them for the following points;
- return label and other documents in the box

As soon as everything has been received in new condition, we will refund your purchase price.

We recommend that you take photos of the product without damage before returning it.
