Information about warranty & returns
RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your order up to 60 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, excluding shipping costs. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. Only the costs of returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging (see the return policy). To exercise this right, please contact us at klantenservice@sanisupreme.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 7 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received in good order.
IMPORTANT:
Returns should be sent exclusively via DPD Parcel Service to prevent packages from being delivered to a collection point without us being notified. DPD delivers directly to our warehouse, allowing us to process returns quickly. Click this link to register a DPD parcel.
If an item is delivered damaged, please report this to us by email within 24 hours of receipt at klantenservice@sanisupreme.nl .
This is in connection with (European) regulations of our suppliers regarding the reporting of articles with defects and/or damage.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS
All physical items can be returned except for the specific conditions and/or situations below.
NB :
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
- For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products are non-returnable.
- which have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
- that are clearly personal in nature;
- which by their nature cannot be returned;
- that have already been mounted and have suffered visible (mounting) damage
- of which the original packaging and protective materials are no longer present
WARRANTY
We offer a statutory warranty of two years from the date of purchase on all items, or the manufacturer's warranty period of the manufacturer and/or wholesaler that carries the products or brand. It is important that the damage is not caused by external objects or influences, nor by improper use (forcible or otherwise). Furthermore, product maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the guidelines provided by SaniSupreme; see the maintenance instructions included and also available on the website. Damage due to poor maintenance that has caused rust or limescale deposits cannot be reimbursed. In the Netherlands, the limescale content of tap water is so high that poor or mediocre maintenance will always result in damage to the product.
For all returns and return notifications, please consider the following criteria:
- use only transparent mounting tape for the packaging
- add all accessories including mounting materials in original box, and used protective fabric or plastic bags
- use additional protective material if necessary, such as bubble wrap (available at hardware stores or already used in the original shipment)
The item and accessories must be returned undamaged and free of water, without scratches, dents, paint damage, etc. (unfortunately, we cannot accept subsequent complaints).

We recommend that you take photos of the product without damage before returning it.
