Easy & Secure ordering
The ordering process on our website is simple and clear:
1. Search for the desired items
add the item(s) to the shopping cart
2. Fill in your details and any discount voucher from a previous order
3. Make the payment with Ideal, Paypal or other secure online payment method
You will immediately receive a confirmation of the order by email
4. Your order is being processed and packed for shipment
5. Your order will be collected by the carrier or you can collect the order yourself (only after consultation at the Rotterdam location)
6. You will receive the items and if necessary you can contact us for questions or comments
And your item will be on its way to you the same day, you can follow the package via the track & trace code.
I have placed an order in the online store and now?
- As soon as payment and address details are known to us, orders are immediately prepared for shipment.
- The carrier is notified that the packages are ready for shipment.
- The customer will be informed immediately by means of an automatically generated email message.
- The ready packages are picked up by the carrier (DHL, DPD or PostNL) on the same day or the next working day and delivered to the customer within 24 hours.
- If this is not possible, the carrier will ensure that the order is delivered to the delivery address as soon as possible. A paid order will therefore be delivered within 48 hours (if possible). Different delivery times apply during weekends, public holidays and holidays of our staff.
- By means of a notification from our carrier (Packlink), the customer will receive an email stating under which number the order has been shipped. As a customer, you can track the package from the time it was picked up via the DPD website. You can also find out on the DPD website when (in which time slot) the shipment will be delivered.
- All shipments are made by registered and insured mail. This means that receipt of the shipment at the delivery address must be signed for.
What are the shipping costs at SaniSupreme?
- Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €7.95
- Shipments above a total amount of € 75.00 are FREE
- The costs for shipping to Belgium are €9.95
- We charge €15 for sending a package to Germany or France.
What to do if the package is presented damaged?
- If your package is visibly damaged when the delivery person presents it, please refuse the package. It will then be returned to us.
- If an item has suffered transport damage or damage when you open your package, please report this to us within 24 hours of receiving the package. In order to handle your report correctly, report the damage by email and include clear photos of the damage. We would like to receive images of both the outer and inner packaging.
- Unfortunately, we can no longer process reports submitted to us later than 24 hours after receipt of your order.
- You complete the return form that you will find below. You will return this as well as the ordered goods received.
